  3. NOTE: One character in all laserfonts is not porportional to the bitmapped 
  4. screen for! That character is the "space", so never adjust your page layout 
  5. by the use of the space character for any Postscriptª printer, but use a 
  6. tab instead. It requires a little more work, but the results are spectacularly 
  7. accurate.

  9. You can thank the wonderful folks at Adobeª for the Postscrptª language that 
  10. makes today's desktop publishing a reality.

  12. If you want to make your own laserfonts, you can by using Atsys's 
  13. Fontographer, or several other font (logo) generation programs.
  14. If you want to design printer resolution dependant graphics, try Adobe 
  15. Illustratorª, FreeHandª, Cricket Drawª, MacDraw IIª or other object oriented 
  16. (vector-based) drawing program.

  18. PAGEMAKER NOTES *******
  19. When using these fonts in PageMakerª, better results are obtained by turning 
  20. OFF the auto kerning feature of pagemaker after "selecting" the type.
